Getting started

This student got her items this week. She has started setting up her space and even completed a project.

Here she is excited to start quilting with some fabric from the Anne of Green Gables line by Riley Blake Designs. It has beautiful colors I can’t wait to see it finished.

Her singer HEAVY DUTY 6380 sewing machine will be perfect for these projects and for the quilting she is learning to do. It comes with all of the needed accessories for sewing and for quilting.

She completed a full project and is ready to move forward onto more complex projects. Each item she makes will help her develop new skills and perfect the ones she has already learned. Practice makes perfect is strongly accurate in a sewists world. Every line you sew will be straighter than the last. Every pattern you learn to make will become faster and simpler to make each time you complete it.
