Box bag french seam

This little tutorial is a good beginner makeup bag. She used batting but I would do a medium interfacing for more structure if putting makeup in, hers is too soft to protect makeup. But it’s very clear and requires minimal notions.

Needed Materials

• 1/2 yard inner fabric

• 1/2 yard outer fabric

• 1/2 yard batting or interfacing… use batting to quilt it and a medium or heavy interfacing if you do not plan to quilt

• ZIPPER

• thread

• sewing machine needle

• YOUR MACHINE
