Gathering Apron
Homesteading too? Sewists tend to also enjoy other projects typical from times passed. Even if you are not out gathering eggs yourself, is Mom? is Grandma? This would be the perfect mother’s day gift. Hands free egg gathering. It is a great beginner project. The blog it is on is kind of choppy in layout but the pictures and instructions are easy enough to follow. If you have questions let me know.
SUPPLIES:
a sewing machine
1 yard of fabric for your main apron print
1/2 yard of fabric for the pockets and ties
coordinating thread
cutting tools and accessories
something to turn or push out your corners like a chopstick
an iron - while you CAN sew without an iron I highly recommend you never do
